Foreign Visitor. A person from a foreign institution who provides a valuable service to the Contractor in connection with the Contractor’s performance of work under the Contract.

  • Foreign terrorist organization means an organization designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the United States secretary of state as authorized by 8 U.S.C. Section 1189.
