Foreign Tranche B Term Loan definition

Foreign Tranche B Term Loan means a Tranche B Term Loan denominated in Euros and made by a Lender to the Foreign Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a)(i)(D) or Section 2.01(a)(ii)(D).

Examples of Foreign Tranche B Term Loan in a sentence

  • The Borrowers may make only one borrowing under each of the Tranche A Term Loan Commitments, the U.S. Tranche B Term Loan Commitments and Foreign Tranche B Term Loan Commitments which shall be on the Closing Date.

  • The Foreign Borrowers jointly and severally promise to pay interest on the unpaid principal amount of the Foreign Tranche B Term Loan made by the Lender from the date of such Loan until such principal amount is paid in full, at such interest rates, at such times and in such manner as provided in the Credit Agreement.
