Foreign Swing Line Note definition

Foreign Swing Line Note means a Foreign Swing Line Note, in the form of the attached Exhibit C-2, executed and delivered by a Foreign Swing Line Borrower pursuant to Section 2.4(d) hereof.
Foreign Swing Line Note shall have the meaning provided in section 2.5(a).
Foreign Swing Line Note means (a) individually, each Australian Swing Line Note and each Canadian Swing Line Note, and (b) collectively, all of the foregoing.
