FOREIGN OWNERSHIP LIMIT definition

FOREIGN OWNERSHIP LIMIT means the relevant percentage limits imposed under the Relevant Regulations on the maximum holdings that a QFII on its own and that QFIIs in the aggregate may have in a particular security or securities.
FOREIGN OWNERSHIP LIMIT means the relevant percentage limits imposed under the Relevant Regulations on the maximum holdings that a foreign investor, on its own, and that foreign investors, in aggregate, may have in a particular PRC Security or PRC Securities.
