Foreign-owned entity means any entity, regardless of type of entity, jurisdiction of incorporation, or principal place of business, which is owned 51% or more by a foreign national or a foreign government.

  • Wholly Owned Affiliate has the meaning specified in Rule 2 of Regulation RR.
