Foreign Operation definition

Foreign Operation means any Operation of the Business conducted by any Target Company or the Asset Sellers outside of the United States.
Foreign Operation means a reporting entity, including a subsidiary, branch, division, associated company, partnership or the like, for which financial statements are prepared in a foreign currency.
Foreign Operation any Operation of the Business conducted by a Foreign Subsidiary.
