Foreign Location definition
Foreign Location is a location situated outside of the employee’s home country.
Foreign Location the countries included in the United Kingdom and Canada and such other countries as shall be approved in writing by the Majority Banks.

Prior to the establishment of a Foreign Location in a country other than the United States, the Company shall cause all requirements under such countries' law to be satisfied such that the Lender shall have a valid and enforceable security interest in all Collateral located in such Foreign Location.
