Foreign Licenses definition

Foreign Licenses means all authorizations, orders, licenses, permits, approvals, consents, and rights issued to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries by any foreign Governmental Authority pursuant to any statute, rule, regulation or policy regarding the operation of channels of radio communications and/or the provisions of communications or telecommunications services (other than authorizations, orders, licenses or permits that are no longer in effect).
Foreign Licenses has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.9(a).
Foreign Licenses means any license or similar agreements related to the manufacture, market, use or sale of the Product outside of the Territory to which Columbia or its Affiliates is a party or may become a party after the Effective Date.

  • The Company and the Guarantors will take the actions required to maintain the value and utility of the spectrum in the Spectrum Holdings including, without limitation, exercising diligence in preventing any increased interference or undesired signal levels in the radio frequencies specified in the FCC Licenses, Underlying Licenses, Foreign Licenses and licenses relating to any Foreign Spectrum Lease throughout the entirety of the Geographic Service Area (or similar foreign area) specified in such licenses.

  • The FCC Licenses, Foreign Licenses, Local Authorizations and the State Licenses are hereafter collectively referred to as the "Communications Licenses".
