Foreign Exchange Hedge definition
Foreign Exchange Hedge means a foreign exchange hedge transaction which may be entered into by the Issuer to hedge its obligations under this Note.
Foreign Exchange Hedge means any contract or arrangement; the purpose or substance of which is to protect the Borrower from the risk of any change in the price or value of foreign currencies.
Foreign Exchange Hedge. ’ – means a type of financial derivative that banking institutions are trading in, that gives companies a means of eradicating, or “hedging”, their cash flows against foreign exchange risk.

The definition of "Lender Obligations" is amended by adding in subsection (iv) thereof, immediately after the term "Interest Rate Hedge Agreement", the phrase "Foreign Exchange Hedge or Commodity Hedge".
The Borrower shall maintain, and cause each Subsidiary Guarantor to maintain, their respective current and future Foreign Exchange Hedge agreements only in the ordinary course of their businesses and for the corporate purposes currently addressed as of the date hereof.
