foreign artist as used herein shall mean only a non-resident alien. AGMA agrees that nationality or national origin shall not be a criterion for eligibility for membership in AGMA in the case of an ARTIST’s engagement, pursuant to the provisions of this Article. Canadian ARTISTS, for these purposes, shall not be considered “foreign ARTISTS.”
