Foreign Airline definition
Foreign Airline means an Airline, who has been issued with an Air Operator Certificate by a State other than India to carry out specified commercial air transport operations.
Foreign Airline means any “foreign air operator” within the meaning of the Civil Aviation Act, No. 14 of 2010 (as amended) which is a resident outside Sri Lanka.
