Forced Advance Payment definition
Forced Advance Payment has the meaning attributed to it in Clause Eighth subsection (b) of this Loan Agreement.
Examples of Forced Advance Payment in a sentence
As of the date that is 12 (twelve) months after the Signature Date, in the event that any amounts that have been arranged by the Borrower in terms of this Loan Agreement have not been applied to the Acquisition, the Borrower will have the obligation to make the advance payment of all said amounts precisely on said date (the " Forced Advance Payment ").
