Force Majeure Defined. Force Majeure" means the occurrence of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Member affected, and which such Member could not have prevented by the exercise of reasonable diligence. Events of Force Majeure include:

Customer, however, shall pay to Boeing the Actual Costs reasonably expended on expedited fees by Boeing for Work completed pursuant to the work-around plan agreed to by Customer under this Article 13.1 (Force Majeure Defined).
