Lake, Jr., by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇, his Attorney-in-Fact, to GIRLS LIFE PLANTATION PARCEL, LLC, now known a PEERCE'S PLANTATION GL LLC. TOGETHER with the buildings and improvements thereupon erected, made or being; and all and every, the rights, alleys, ways, waters, privileges, appurtenances, and advantages, to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining. AT AND FOR the purchase price of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($624,000.00). The parties hereto agree that this Contract is contingent upon the approval of the Baltimore County Executive (or his designee) and the Baltimore County Council on or before April 30, 2009. Notwithstanding any date in this Contract, this Contract shall be effective when approved by the County Executive (or his designee) and the County Council and executed by all parties (which date of approval shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Effective Date"). In the event that this Contract is not approved by the Baltimore County Executive (or his designee) and the Baltimore County Council on or before April 30, 2009, this Contract shall become null and void without either party having further liability to the other.
