Examples of FOPS in a sentence

  • Reasons for discipline shall be put in writing and Rutgers shall provide a copy of any written reprimand, notice of suspension, involuntary demotion or termination to the officer and the FOP-S.

  • An officer being formally questioned after investigation of a complaint arising outside the University Police Department shall be entitled to have FOP-S representation during such questioning.

  • Copies of the written grievance and decision shall be forwarded to the Office of Labor Relations and to the President of the FOP-S.
