Examples of FOPE in a sentence

  • The Board shall provide the FOPE with a written list containing the name and work location of new employees not later than ten (10) working days after Board approval of their employment.

  • No applicants shall be recruited to fill a vacancy from among persons who are not permanent members of the bargaining unit until five (5) working days after providing the FOPE with a copy of the Notice of Vacancy.

  • On the same date as the notice is mailed to the employee, a copy of the Notice of Recall shall be sent by certified mail to the FOPE.

  • This Agreement, including its supplements and exhibits attached hereto, concludes all collective bargaining between the parties during the term hereof, and constitutes the sole, entire and existing Agreement between the parties hereto, and supersedes all prior Agreements, oral and written, expressed or implied, or practices, between the Board/Administration and the, FOPE, and expresses all obligations and restrictions imposed on each of the respective parties during its term.
