Footpath Works definition

Footpath Works means that Item of the Works numbered 2 in Schedule 3.
Footpath Works means those concrete footpath strips and other works to be completed in the Footways in accordance with the PDA Development Approval and any other legal requirements.
Footpath Works means those parts of the Public Benefit described as “Footpath Works” in clause 1 of Schedule 3, to be delivered by the Developer in accordance with this document.

Examples of Footpath Works in a sentence

  • The Developer indemnifies Council for all claims, costs, losses and expense Council may suffer arising from any breach of this warranty or any claim or action taken by any person in respect of any security interest (as defined in the PPSA) in the Footpath Works.

  • The Developer warrants that after Hand Over the Footpath Works are not subject to any security interest (as defined in the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA)) and any security interest noted in the Personal Property Securities Register has been discharged.

  • Before commencing the Footpath Works, the Developer must give to the City copies of all approvals and consents for the Footpath Works, other than the Development Consent.

  • The Developer must, at its cost, obtain all relevant approvals and consents for the Footpath Works, whether from the City or from any other relevant Government Agency, including any necessary road opening permits.

  • The Developer must ensure that the Footpath Works reach Completion on or before the date or other milestone referred to in Column 3 in the table in clause 1 of Schedule 3 of this document in respect of the Footpath Works.

  • The City makes no representation or warranty as to the currency of the standards identified, or their application on the final design of the Footpath Works.

  • Until the expiry of the Defects Liability Period, the City may retain from the Guarantee an amount equal to 10% of the Attributed Value of the Footpath Works as security for the Developer’s performance of its obligations under this clause 10.

  • As at the date of this document, the nature and extent of the Footpath Works is set out in Annexure A to this document.

  • The Developer acknowledges that the scope of the Footpath Works will not change or reduce if the costs required to complete those works is greater than the amount estimated at the date of this document.


More Definitions of Footpath Works

Footpath Works means the following works to existing public Footpaths and rights of way in the vicinity of the Development: (i) the provision of a permeable all- weather surface along an agreed section of footpath 736 adjacent to the western boundary of the Site between the Site and Rectory Road, coupled with improved signage and to include internal link path to the Site boundary as shown shaded ▇▇▇▇▇ and labelled “footpath link to public right of way” on Plan 2 (or such revision thereto as may be approved in writing by the Council and the County Council) said works to be in accordance with the requirements of the Hampshire County Council Countryside Services Design Standards for Countryside Paths 2013;
