Footnotes definition

Footnotes this section sets forth any special limitations or conditions, if any, applicable to the financial assistance awarded by OHA to LPHA for a particular Program Element (or sub- element). The limitations or conditions applicable to a particular award are indicated by corresponding Program Element (PE) number references appearing in the “Footnotes” section and on the appropriate line of the “New Award Balance” column of the “OHA Public Health Funds Approved” section. LPHA must comply with the limitations or conditions set forth in the “Footnotes” section when expending or utilizing financial assistance subject thereto.
