Foodservice definition

Foodservice means and includes Manitowoc Foodservice, Inc., its successors and assigns, any parent, subsidiary or division of Foodservice, and any affiliated entity under common control with Foodservice, whether now existing or hereafter formed or acquired.
Foodservice means our system for retailing a menu of prepared food products and related items, with such changes approved and adopted by us from time to time.
Foodservice means institutional foodservice outlets such as sporting arenas, hotels, hospitals, universities, nursing homes and cafés located within places of work.
