Food Worker definition

Food Worker means any individual working with unpackaged food, food equipment or utensils, or food-contact surfaces, who performs a variety of work involved in the preparation, serving, storage, delivery of food, and maintaining kitchen and dining areas in a clean and sanitary condition;
Food Worker means any person who handles, prepares, serves, sells or gives away food for consumption or any person who handles utensils and equipment appurtenant thereto. The term does not include persons in establishments regulated under this Health Ordinance, who only handle food or drink in closed crates, cartons, bottles, packages or similar containers in which no portion of the food or drink is exposed to contamination through such handling.
Food Worker means any person who at any time is involved in the manufacture, preparation or packing of food for sale on food premises. It does not apply to:
