Fondle or "Caress" means the act of using one's hands or any other object or body part for physical contact intended to Sexually Stimulate a person.
Fondle or "caress" shall mean to bring any part of the body into contact with the body of another, in a sportive or affectionate manner, for the purpose of producing or experiencing sexual arousal or excitement.
