FONADER definition
FONADER means the Fonds National de Developpement Rural of the Borrower, established and operating pursuant to the Borrower’s Ordinance No. 73/24, dated May 29, 1973, as amended by the Borrower’s Law No. 77/05, dated July 13, 1977, and the Borrower’s Decree No. 73/496, dated August 28, 1973, as such Ordinance, Law and Decree may be amended from time to time;
