FOG Control Device definition
FOG Control Device means any grease trap, FOG interceptor, or other mechanism or device, that attaches to, or is applied to a FOG Generator’s wastewater plumbing fixtures and lines, the purpose of which is to collect, contain, or remove FOG from the waste stream of a FOG Generator prior to discharge into the WCTS;
FOG Control Device means any grease interceptor, grease trap, or other mechanism, device, or process, which attaches to, or is applied to a FOG Generator’s wastewater plumbing fixtures and lines, the purpose of which is to collect, contain, or remove fats, oils and grease from the waste stream of a FOG Generator prior to discharge into the WCTS.
