FOCUSIT Application means only those FOCUSIT proprietary client relationship management, workflow, and drip marketing solution applications and programs which have been identified in the Fee Estimate Proposal as being part of service to be provided to Client.

Examples of FOCUSIT Application in a sentence

  • Any and all payments including, without limitation, any of the Fees for access and use of the FOCUSIT Application and FOCUSIT Site by Client or by any other End User shall be paid by Client only to FOCUSIT and to no other party whatsoever.

  • Subject to all of the terms and conditions of your respective FOCUSIT Access Application Agreement with us and these Terms of Use, FOCUSIT hereby grants to Client a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited right to access and use the FOCUSIT Application via the FOCUSIT Site in strict compliance with this Agreement (“Access Right”).

  • The FOCUSIT Application and FOCUSIT Site uses third party service providers (the “Third Party Service Providers”) to provide services to FOCUSIT and its customers, including collecting and maintaining end user identifying information, marketing capabilities, and to provide information related to account status.

  • Permit Application has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.35.

  • Credit Application means any application for a Credit Account completed by You.

  • Project Application means the federal Section 5311 operating assistance project application submitted by the Municipal Corporation to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Permit applicant or "applicant" means a person applying for a permit.

  • Letter of Credit Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • LC Application an application by Borrower Agent to Issuing Bank for issuance of a Letter of Credit, in form and substance satisfactory to Issuing Bank.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Account Application or “Application” shall mean the application, as may be amended from time to time, by which this Agreement is established between the Depositor (or following the death of the Depositor, the Beneficiary) and the Custodian. The statements contained therein shall be incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Grant Application - means the grant application that the Public Entity submitted to MnDOT which is attached as Exhibit D.

  • Facility LC Application is defined in Section 2.19.3.

A Client Application installed in a Windows terminal server environment (e.g. Citrix or Microsoft Remote Desktop Platform) is a Server Application.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Customer Application means a software program that Customer creates or hosts using the Services.

  • Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;

  • FCC Applications means those applications and requests for waivers required to be filed with the FCC to obtain the approvals and waivers of the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act and FCC Rules necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.
