Examples of Focus Project in a sentence

  • Any additional restrictions to the Access Right than the ones agreed on in this Clause 10.1 shall be listed in the Subproject Agreement for such Focus Project.

  • The Parties may choose to identify and agree in writing and docu- ment on behalf of the Parties any Background Knowledge used, or to be used, in the course of a Focus Project and the owner of the same in the Subproject Agreement for the Focus Project in question.

  • Whether the Institutions will offer the Industry Partners the right to purchase or to acquire an exclusive license may be agreed on in the Subproject Agreement for each Focus Project prior to commencement of such Focus Project.

  • Such requirements will be communicated by or provided to the Supplier by the Micro Focus Project Manager specified in the SOW.

Related to Focus Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.
