Focal Students definition
Focal Students collectively refers to secondary students (grades 6-12) who meet one or more of the following criteria: homeless youth; ▇▇▇▇▇▇ youth; reside in public housing; have demonstrated limited engagement with online learning; enrolled in a Newcomer Program.
