FOC Material definition
FOC Material means materials, including but not limited to the Drug Substance, supplied by Customer to AENOVA free of charge (FOC).

Areas may be added or subtracted from being treated only when determined by the F.O.C. Material treated from surrounding areas shall be piled as far as possible (5-10 ft) from any edge of the untreated boundary.
In case of Customer’s doubts of AENOVA’s compliance with respect to FOC Material and Third Party Material inventory management, AENOVA shall make available to Customer or to a certified public accountant (“CPA”) acceptable to Customer, upon Customer’s reasonable request and with an appropriate period of notice during the regular office hours during Term (or after Term for activities started during Term but with effects after Term), books, records and other documentation relevant to the Services.
