  • The Lead Principal Investigator shall not execute an FOA Agreement that differs from the Final Draft FOA Agreement or amend the FOA Agreement (except with respect to revisions to the FOA Scope of Work approved by the Coordination Committee in accordance with Section VI (F) (3) below) without the unanimous approval of the Participating Principal Investigators, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
