FNB Regulatory Reports definition

FNB Regulatory Reports means the annual or quarterly reports, and accompanying schedules, of FNB filed with any Regulatory Authority for each calendar quarter from December 31, 2004 through the Closing Date.
FNB Regulatory Reports means the Call Reports of FNB, and accompanying schedules (other than such schedules as are required to be kept confidential pursuant to applicable law or regulatory requirements), filed or to be filed with the OCC with respect to each calendar quarter beginning with the quarter ended December 31, 2014, through the Closing Date.
