FN Documents definition
FN Documents means the FN Holdings Debt Document, the FN Holdings New Debt Document, the Second New FN Holdings Debt Document, the FN Parent Debt Document, the Exchange Agreement and the Stockholders Agreement.
FN Documents in Section 1.01 is amended by adding immediately after the words "the FN Holdings New Debt Document" the words ", the Second New FN Holdings Debt Document."
FN Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.02(e);
Examples of FN Documents in a sentence
The FN Documents, at the time filed, (i) did not contain any misrepresentation (as defined in the Securities Act (Ontario)) and (ii) complied in all material respects with the requirements of applicable securities legislation.
