FMFA definition

FMFA means the Financial Management Framework Agreement between the World Bank and the United Nations Children’s Fund, dated November 4, 2016. For purposes of the FMFA, the “World Bank” means the Association and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

  • To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions, the FMFA, and Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
