FMDQ definition

FMDQ means the Financial Markets Dealers Quotations over-the-counter securities exchange for the trading of United States Dollars/Naira products, Federal Government of Nigeria bonds, supra‐national bonds, agency bonds, State government bonds, corporate bonds, Nigerian treasury bills and other money market instruments;
FMDQ or “Exchange” means FMDQ OTC PLC or any institution or body of persons for the time being recognised by the Securities & Exchange Commission as a stock exchange dealing in shares, debentures and other securities upon which the Fund is listed.
FMDQ means a financial market infrastructure group warehousing, a securities exchange and self- regulatory organisation licenced by the SEC to provide a platform for, inter alia, the listing, quotation, registration and trading of securities;
