FMDQ or “Exchange” means FMDQ OTC PLC or any institution or body of persons for the time being recognised by the Securities & Exchange Commission as a stock exchange dealing in shares, debentures and other securities upon which the Fund is listed.

FMDQ means a financial market infrastructure group warehousing, a securities exchange and self- regulatory organisation licenced by the SEC to provide a platform for, inter alia, the listing, quotation, registration and trading of securities;

• The Series 1 Bonds will be issued in dematerialised form, in denominations of N1,000.00 (one thousand Naira) which shall be registered with a separate securities identification code with the Central Securities Clearing System PLC platform and/or FMDQ Depository Limited, as applicable in addition to being registered in the Register.
