FMC FACILITIES definition
FMC FACILITIES means, collectively, (i) the locations listed on Appendix 1.48A and its environs, (ii) any site providing raw materials (excluding soda ash) to any of the locations listed on Appendix 1.48A, such as any mine, or (iii) any other site, whether owned or leased, related in any way, including but not limited to waste disposal, to any of the locations listed on Appendix 1.48A.
