The Contractor agrees that FM-1 and FM-2 shall be Launched on Proton Launch Vehicles and, subject to the provisions set forth below, that FM-3 shall be Launched on an Atlas IIIA Launch Vehicle.
The title for FM-1, FM-2 and FM-3 shall pass to the Purchaser at the time of delivery of such Satellite On-Orbit/Checked Out or, in the case of a Satellite delivered for Ground Storage, in accordance with the requirements of Article 35 hereof.
