Flyme Auto an extension of the Flyme smartphone operating system in the field of intelligent cockpits, an OS operating system created by Xingji Meizu and its affiliates specifically for automotive intelligent cockpits. It will continue the design concept of Alive Design, providing a smooth, intelligent, interconnected, and ecologically rich intelligent cockpit solution for global brands; creating a multi-terminal, all-scenario, immersive fusion experience for users. The scope and manner of providing Flyme Auto for different vehicle model projects shall be subject to the technical agreement signed by the parties for the vehicle model project.

Flyme Auto is the project established by Party B and its affiliates for the automotive intelligent cockpit solution (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). ECARX (Hubei) Tech Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "ECARX" or "Party A") and Hubei Xingji Meizu Group Co., Ltd. Examples of Flyme Auto in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, under the Flyme Auto License Agreement, Polestar and/or other member of Polestar Group may grant sublicense to the Company for the development and distribution of Chinese Market Products.

  • Both Party A and Party B will work together to enhance their strengths, pool resources, and collaboratively innovate on application products and system solutions based on the Flyme Auto intelligent cockpit solution, leading the development of automotive intelligent cockpit technology.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the trademark rights and trademark application rights for Flyme Auto and Flyme Auto Service are exclusively owned by Party B and its affiliates.

  • A DreamSmart Group member will grant Polestar and/or other member of Polestar Group a non-exclusive license to Flyme Auto software [***] (“Flyme Auto Software”) for the development and distribution of Chinese Market Products and PSNY Products.
