Flush production definition
Flush production means total production from a single well during the first twelve calendar months during not more than two consecutive calendar years after a well first begins to produce. For commonly metered wells, "flush production" means total production during the first twelve calendar months during not more than two consecutive calendar years after a well first begins to produce from all wells with flush production divided by the number of those wells.
Flush production means the production of oil and/or natural gas from any well on an oil and/or natural gas property with an initial production date that is two (2) calendar years or less prior to the July 1st assessment date. Production beginning after December 31st and prior to the July 1st assessment date must be reported.
Flush production means the production of gas from any well on a natural gas producing property whose initial production date is two years or less prior to the date of valuation.
