Flush Controls. The flush controls for urinals shall be hand operated or automatic, and shall comply with 4.27.4, and shall be mounted no more than 44” above the floor. The urinal flush controls are 49” from the floor, but should be mounted no more than 44” above the floor, based on the 1991 Standards. Stall-type urinals in #069. Ensure the urinal flush control is mounted 48” maximum above the floor (where reach depth is 20” maximum) or 44” maximum above the floor (where reach depth is 20-25” maximum). 605.4 and 308.2.2. See Fig. 605.2(b), below. #069 Protrusions 4.4.1: Protrusions: Wall-mounted objects with leading edges between 27” and 80” above the floor shall protrude no more than 4” into walks, halls, corridors, passageways, or aisles.
