FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM OR FDS definition
FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM OR FDS means a product that distributes or controls fluid (liquid, vapor or gas) to a tool or chamber, including all hardware that is embodied in or that is inside or attached to any such fluid delivery system, including but not limited to Components, but not including the Applied system controller or weldments that connect the fluid delivery system to the tool or chamber.
