FLT Notes definition
FLT Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower (if any) in favor of any of the FLT Loan Lenders evidencing the portion of the First Lien Term Loan provided by any such FLT Loan Lender pursuant to Section 2.2(d), individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, restated, amended and restated, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
