  • FLSS collects information about You and any AC on registration and whilst this Agreement continues, including personal data (Data).

  • You acknowledge that (a) FLSS shall be entitled to continue to charge for storage from the date the Debt becomes due until payment is made in full or the Goods are sold or disposed of; (b) FLSS will sell the Goods as if FLSS was the owner and will pass all rights of ownership in the Goods to the buyer; and (c) if You do not pay fees on the Due Date, the value of any discounts and special offers (including periods of free storage) which You have received will be payable by You in full.

  • FLSS will try to provide advance warning of changes to Access Hours by notice at the Facility, and on the FLSS website, but reserves the right to change Access Hours temporarily to other reasonable times without giving prior notice.

  • You have the right to access the Unit during Access Hours as posted by FLSS and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Related to FLSS

  • GMS means the automated system, or its successor system, employed by SCE real time operations to remotely monitor and dispatch the Generating Facility.

  • BPSS means the recognised standard for HMG for staff vetting which comprises verification of (1) identity, (2) employment history, (3) nationality and immigration status (including the right to work), and Criminal Records Bureau check (including a five (5) year address history check).
