FLSA Opt-In definition

FLSA Opt-In means any individual who receives Class Notice and who timely submits a Claim and Consent to Join Settlement Form.

Examples of FLSA Opt-In in a sentence

  • Notice of this settlement shall be sent to all members of the FLSA Opt-In collective who worked at any time in Nevada by mail and email in the form of Exhibit C.

  • As part of the motion for Class Counsel Fees Payment and Class Litigation Expenses Payment, Plaintiff will seek Court approval for the FLSA Opt-In Enhancement Payments no later than 28- days prior to the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Seventy-Seven Thousand, One-Hundred Twenty-Two Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($77,122.26) to the six FLSA Opt-In Plaintiffs.

  • I understand that by filing this California FLSA Opt-In Form, I will be bound by the judgment of the Court on all issues in the case, whether favorable to me or not.
