FLRI means FLRI, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fansteel incorporated on or about January 23, 2004 pursuant to the Plan of Reorganization.
FLRI means Lexington, Inc., a newly-formed, wholly-owned subsidiary of Reorganized Fansteel, to be incorporated on the Effective Date pursuant to Article IV.E.6 of this Plan.
