Flow-Through Expenses definition
Flow-Through Expenses means those expenses relating to the Owner's System (and approved by the Owner in writing where the amount of an individual item exceeds [*] which will be paid by the Owner, and which are not included in the Annual Fee in accordance with Article 7.
