Flow-Through Agreement definition
Flow-Through Agreement means a Flow-Through Share subscription agreement between the Partnership and a Mineral Issuer pursuant to which the Partnership will subscribe for Flow-Through Shares or Flow-Through Units of the Mineral Issuer, and the Mineral Issuer will agree to incur and renounce to the Partnership CEE in an amount equal to the subscription price for the Flow-Through Shares or Flow-Through Shares comprised in Flow-Through Units, as applicable;
Flow-Through Agreement means a subscription agreement between the Partnership and a Resource Issuer pursuant to which the Partnership will subscribe for Flow-Through Shares (including Flow-Through Shares offered as part of a unit) and the Resource Issuer will agree to incur and renounce Eligible Expenditures to the Partnership, or an agreement by the Partnership to otherwise invest in or purchase securities of a Resource Issuer.
