Flow-proportional Composite Sample definition
Flow-proportional Composite Sample means a combination of individual samples of equal volume taken at equal intervals of flow without consideration of the time between individual samples.
Flow-proportional Composite Sample means a sample consisting of portions of waste taken in proportion to the volume of flow of said wastes.
Flow-proportional Composite Sample means a combination of not less than ten individual samples of equal volumes of wastewater taken at equal increments of wastewater flow over a specified period of time;
More Definitions of Flow-proportional Composite Sample
Flow-proportional Composite Sample means a combination of individual samples of equal volume taken at equal intervals of flow with or without consideration of the time between individual samples, as required and determined appropriate by the Authorized Local Unit Representative.
Flow-proportional Composite Sample means combination of individual samples proportional to the flow of the wastestream at the time of sampling.
Flow-proportional Composite Sample means a composite sample where each discrete sample is collected based upon the flow (volume) of wastewater.
Flow-proportional Composite Sample means a sample composed of grab samples collected continuously or discretely, by hand or machine, in proportion to the flow at the time of collection or to the total flow since collection of the previous grab sample. The grab sample volume or frequency of grab collection may be varied in proportion to flow.
