flow-based definition

flow-based means the flow-based approach pursuant to CACM Regulation;
flow-based approach means a capacity calculation method in which energy exchanges between bidding zones are limited by power transfer distribution factors and available margins on a critical network element as defined in Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management.

  • Eligible low-income customer means a customer whose household income does not exceed 150% of the poverty level, as published by the United States department of health and human services, or who receives any of the following:

  • Low Income Households means households earning 80 percent or less of the countywide median income.

  • Very low-income household means a household with a total gross annual household income equal to 30 percent or less of the median household income.

  • Very Low Income means 30 percent or less of the median gross

  • Low-income household means a household with a total gross annual household income equal to 50 percent or less of the median household income.
