Floorplan Receivables definition

Floorplan Receivables means Receivables arising from the Floorplan Business.
Floorplan Receivables means any right to payment from any Person, whether constituting an account, chattel paper, instrument, payment intangible or a general intangible, arising from the providing of financing and other services by the Sellers to new, used and wholesale automobile or other motor vehicle dealers, and includes the right to payment of any interest or finance charges and other obligations of such Person with respect thereto.
Floorplan Receivables means domestic marine receivables in respect of the sale of finished boats sold on terms longer than 45 days.

More Definitions of Floorplan Receivables

Floorplan Receivables means all of the Seller's (or an Assignor's) existing and future rights to payments under the Dealer Contracts and the related Credit Supports and shall include the right to payment of any interest or finance charges and any other obligations of such Dealer with respect thereto.
Floorplan Receivables represent extensions of credit to finance product inventory for dealers, and are secured by the related dealer's product inventory.
