FLOOR LOAD LIMITS. Lessee shall not place a load upon any floor of the leased premises exceeding the floor load per square foot area which it was designed to carry and which is allowed by law. Lessor reserves the right to prescribe the weight and position of all safes, business machines, and mechanical equipment. Such installations shall be placed and maintained by Lessee, at Lessee's expense, in settings sufficient, in Lessor's judgement, to absorb and prevent vibration, noise, and annoyance.

  • Lead Limits means the maximum concentrations of lead and lead compounds (“Lead”) by weight specified in Section 3.2.
