Flood Act definition

Flood Act means the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, National Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 and National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 all as may be heretofore or hereafter amended.
Flood Act has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3.17.
Flood Act the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 or the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (and any amendment or successor act to any of the foregoing).

  • The use of any assistance provided under this Agreement for such acquisition or construction in such identified areas in communities then participating in the National Flood Insurance Program is subject to the mandatory purchase of flood insurance requirements of Section 102(a) of the Flood Act.
