Flock IP means the Services, the Embedded Software, and any intellectual property or proprietary information therein or otherwise provided to Customer and/or its Authorized End Users. Flock IP does not include Footage (as defined below).

Flock IP means the Services, the Documentation, the Embedded Software, the Installation Services, and any and all intellectual property therein or otherwise provided to Agency and/or its Authorized End Users in connection with the foregoing.

Flock retains all right, title and interest in and to the Flock Service, Flock IP, and its components or data provided by Flock to Customer.
